Dropping Grain or Feed Abnormally when Eating
Cannot Chew, Chewing Abnormally
Head Tossing or Shaking, while Ridden
Cannot Hear, Seems Deaf
Eye has Ulcer or Scratch on Surface

There is no known prevention for this condition. If the condition is caught early, surgical treatment may help prevent worsening of the neurologic signs by taking the stress off the joint and preventing skull fracture.
